In answer to questions about editing the header text, if you have a look in the directory of the theme, there is a directory called psd. In there is a psd file called title_trans.psd which is a graphic file which must be opened with photoshop or similar software.
Edit the file to the required text, save for web as a .png file, and replace the file title_trans.png in the /images directory.
The same procedure must be used for editing the text of the neon links etc.
